Four common faults: UV lamp dimming, UV lamp is not out, UV lamp is not bright, UV lamp illumination distance error.

To improve the adhesion of UV printing products, the following measures can be taken:

Use high viscosity UV inks: High viscosity inks can better adhere to the surface of the material, thus improving the adhesion of UV printing products.

Use the right UV lamp: Choosing the right UV lamp can make the UV ink used for printing better cure, thus improving the adhesion.

Determine the appropriate printing parameters: appropriate adjustment of printing parameters, such as printing speed, extrusion, etc., can make the printing product get better quality and adhesion.

Spray primer: A primer is sprayed before printing to enhance the adhesion of the material surface.

Select the appropriate material surface treatment process: For example, for some material surface is not easy to adhere to the situation, you can use screen printing, thermal transfer printing and other ways to improve the surface properties, so as to improve the adhesion.
