Four common faults: UV lamp dimming, UV lamp is not out, UV lamp is not bright, UV lamp illumination distance error.

First, UV lamp dim

1. Whether the knob on the water tank is changed, the solution: twist the knob on the water tank;

2, the water tank internal power supply damage, solution: open the water tank, which power line short circuit burned to reconnect to repair;

3, UV power line damage, solution: replace the new UV power line;

4, UV lamp belt damage, solution: replace the new UV lamp belt;

5, poor contact, solution: the interface loose then tighten again;

6. If the temperature is too high, the solution: check the chilled liquid of the tank and add a new one.

Two, UV lamp is not out

1, Y board relay aging, solution: replace a new Y board relay;

2, the software is not closed test UV lamp, solution: software closed test

3, UV control line short circuit, solution: replace the control line, reconnect

4, board card failure, solution: replace the new board card

Three, UV lamp is not bright

1, UV power cord damage, solution: replace the new power cord;

2, UV lamp belt damage, solution: replace the new UV lamp belt;

3, the water tank internal power supply damage, solution: overhaul the damaged part of the internal power supply, can not repair, contact the manufacturer to replace the new;

4, water tank upper knob 0 power output, solution: adjust the lower knob output power;

5, the control software does not turn on the light, solution: turn on the control software light;

6, lamp damage, solution: contact the manufacturer, replace the new UV lamp;

7. If the board fails, the solution is to contact the manufacturer and replace the board with a new one.

Four, UV lighting distance error

1, UV lamp power line connection, solution: UV lamp power line connection;

2, lighting distance problem, solution: software to adjust the lighting.
