A powder-shaking machine is a device that automatically applies hot-melt powder to printed heat transfer films. The machine operates by using a vacuum on the platform to draw the printed heat transfer film into the machine; vibration is then utilised to distribute the hot-melt powder evenly across the film. A powder-shaking bar strikes the reverse side of the film to remove any excess powder, The film is then conveyed via a mesh belt into the drying tunnel for curing. The powder-shaking machine’s workflow primarily consists of three steps: powder application, powder shaking and drying.
